The duration for a short introduction is approx. one hour. After a quarter of an hour you can already play the first stone!

Our coach Sabine Belkofer has taken part in the Olympic Games 2002 in Salt Lake City, USA, and looks forward to your coming.

Please bring warm and comfortable clothes as well as clean (indoor-) sport shoes. The further equipment is available and is provided to you by the club.
